We had a great experience at Car Craft of Athens! They definitely provide a premium service. The office was spotless and the office staff was very friendly and kind. They explained all of our options and helped us make a decision on the best course of action. They also provide a shuttle service for drop offs which was super nice. This is a great family owned business in Athens! Highly recommend!!

Car Craft worked on my 2015 F150 truck in March, and I wanted to drive my vehicle for a bit post-repair before providing a review. Overall, I can enthusiastically recommend Car Craft for your repair needs. They worked with me and my extended service warranty provider to document what was needed and carried out all repairs to my satisfaction. The quality of their work was exceptional, and a post-work inspection showed that they took their time to carefully install and reassemble my truck in good working order. I've had zero problems or complaints about my vehicle, and they resolved the issues I was experiencing. Car Craft kept me informed and updated throughout the process, which I appreciated, and the work did not take any longer than anticipated.

My Subaru outback sunroof would not open and it was leaking water inside on the passenger side after a hard rain. They fixed the problem at a great price. Josh and the ladies up front was awesome!! welcomed me with a smile and just made me feel a home. Continue delivering great customer service because you have earned my business.

Efficient, professional, and friendly team! Great job on the alignment. They pointed out an issue on our vehicle that we weren't aware of, along with photos -- super helpful! Shoutout to Shelby and Diana for their hospitality while waiting with our dog!
